Greetings!

Welcome to Kinnelon High School (KHS): Home of the COLTS!

At KHS, we are proud of our well-rounded focus on academic excellence, athletics, and co-curricular activities. From offering rigorous AP, honors, and college prep courses to fostering award-winning programs and athletic teams, our focus is always on meeting the individual needs of each student and bringing out their best, which speaks to our success. Our Music Department is consistently named among the "Best Communities in Music Education" by the NAMM Association, alongside our growing Theater/Performing Arts program offerings. Our award-winning newspaper, The Colt Chronicle (and its KHS Journalism team), is frequently in the spotlight for publishing relevant, meaningful, and well-written articles as a reflection of Kinnelon High School and our greater Kinnelon community. This just begins to scratch the surface of our accomplishments and what we stand for at KHS.

In summary,  we value our deeply rooted culture and traditions at Kinnelon High School, and at the same time, we constantly seek to grow and evolve to be the best that we can be as a school community.  We are proud to be the Kinnelon Colts!
